Transform's friend referral programme

Recommend a friend a get £100 each for a limited time only.

Transform offers a 'Refer-a-friend' programme as a way of saying thank you to previous patients who have recommended us to their friends and family.

As part of our Breasts of Britain campiagn , we have increased the reward when you recommend a friend - now you both receive £100.

After having your non-surgical treatment or surgery with Transform you will be eligible to join our scheme. All you have to do when recommending a friend is to get your friend to fill out our simple 'Recommend a Friend ' slip at the Transform clinic when they take and pay for their treatment - affirming that you were the person who recommended them.

Alternatively, download our 'Recommend a Friend' Form and complete as above.

As soon as we receive the approved slip it will be processed and you will receive your payment.

Those referring patients for non-surgical treatments will receive a £25 thank you cheque and referrals for surgery will receive £100

*NB - The referred friend must have paid and taken their surgery or treatment before any payment is made.
