Gennaro Selvaggi
Dr Selvaggi qualified in medicine at the Catholic University of
Rome, Italy, in 1998, and then completed his training programme
(between the Catholic University of Rome, Italy, and the University
Hospital of Ghent, Belgium), as a Specialist in Plastic and
Reconstructive Surgery in 2003.
Since this period he has completed an Aesthetic Fellowship at
the Wellington Hospital, London. He has also won the EURAPS/AAPS
Fellowship/Award in 2003 (Dallas, Texas) and ,as winner again of
the EURAPS 2006 Award, he has completed a Cranio-Facial Fellowship
at the Department of Plastic Surgery of the University of
Gothenburg, Sweden.
Mr Selvaggi is also on the UK Specialist Register for Plastic
Surgery and is now completing a PhD on Gender Reassignment
Surgery at the University of Ghent, Belgium, and participates as a
reviewer for the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery
(Dallas, Texas, USA).
