Mr Black qualified in medicine in 1977 and completed the Specialist Training in General Surgery in 1999. Since this time Mr Black has worked in the area of vascular surgery with a special interest in the management of varicose veins. He is currently a Consultant in private practice and holds an NHS post at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington.
